About Me
I always wanted to understand, why people think and act the way they do. As a leader, it became important for me to understand my own "why"-s as well. Thus, my self-awareness journey started, and gestalt therapy became part of my life for almost ten years now.

The gestalt method gave me questions instead of answers, which helped me understand myself and others in different situations. This made change possible for me, the continuous adjustment, which brought balance in my life.

As a self-awareness trainer, I pass these questions on to my clients, a starter pack for who are just embarking on their self-awareness journey, or a delicacy for who are already on the road. I teach techniques which help channel the flowing energy in us.

I started learning gestalt therapy to help people practice presence and awareness, when self-awareness blocks or disrupts their inner energy flow.

I love to experiment in both of my roles, with movement, fantasy or creative tools during the process. I create and hold a safe space for difficult experiences and feelings.
